Support blocks never expire. The more you purchase, the better the discount, so it’s beneficial to stock up.
We track your purchased blocks, their usage, and the remaining balance. You can log in anytime to check your account. Blocks are linked to your website’s domain name for simplicity.
Asking questions or requesting a quote doesn’t use blocks. If we need to charge blocks, we’ll always confirm with you via email first.
